The following "Terms and Conditions of Sale" are applicable to the offer and sale of products through CYCLEBLOOM.US

To be able to purchase in the CYCLEBLOOM Store, customers must: (a) be at least 18 years of age or, if they are minors, be duly authorized by their legal guardian, (b) be consumers, understanding as such persons that purchase with purposes unrelated to industry, trade, business and profession (c) register in the CYCLEBLOOM Store; and (d) have a valid credit or debit card or be able to make your payment.

The products described in the CYCLEBLOOM Store and the samples of them that, if any, we provide to the client are exclusively for personal use.
The interpretation and execution of the conditions, as well as all acts that are a consequence of them, will be subject to US law, unless there are public order provisions that are contrary to this.
The offer of products presented in the CYCLEBLOOM Store are valid within the limit of available stocks.

The CYCLEBLOOM Store reserves the right to modify the product assortment if it is not available as well as to announce the availability of colors and sizes of the products to which these variations apply prior to sending the customer.

The photographs, graphics and descriptions of the products offered for sale are only indicative and do not in any way compromise the seller CYCLEBLOOM Store.
All prices indicated for products that are available through the CYCLEBLOOM Store include VAT at current rates and are denominated in USD. The shipping costs will be added to the price of the products and it's indicated separately in the order form.

The CYCLEBLOOM Store will not be responsible for payment of duties or extraordinary taxes in cases of shipments to other countries.

Offers on products for sale in the CYCLEBLOOM Store will be shown in the "Offers" section or will be indicated in the product file and, if not indicated otherwise, will be valid as long as they are shown on the screen.
To place an order, the customer must follow the instructions that appear in the CYCLEBLOOM Store.

The customer must click on "Add to cart" to place the selected product and in the desired amount in the shopping cart. The customer can review at any time during the purchase process the products that are included in the shopping cart by clicking on "Order" on each page.

The client must follow the instructions that appear on the screen to execute the "checkout" process. The customer can always correct any error in the data entered, change the contents of the shopping cart by including or removing one or more products from the basket or cancel the entire order during the checkout process before the submission of the order.

When formalizing an order, the client acknowledges and declares to have read all the instructions taken during the verification process and fully accepts these Terms and Conditions. An order is considered a final purchase when clicking on the "Send" button at the end of the payment process.

In case customers have any questions or concerns when making an order or if you want to make an inquiry about a previous order, you can contact us by email at the following address: hello@cyclebloom.us . For faster service, customers are invited to have their order number available.
To redeem an offer code, the customer must enter their code in the "OFFER COUPON" box during the verification process in the CYCLEBLOOM Store. The offer codes are case-sensitive and should always be entered exactly as they appear.

When an offer code is accepted, the offer will be shown in "Order Review".
The customer can pay for the products by credit or debit card through Paypal or Square. The following cards are accepted for this purpose: American Express, Visa, MasterCard.

All credit card holders are subject to validation and authorization checks by the card issuer. If the issuer of the customer's payment card denies, or for any reason does not authorize the payment on our behalf, either prior or subsequent to a payment, we will not respond to any delay or failure to deliver.
The order will only be sent upon delivery of a photograph or scan of the proof of payment by any of these means. Once the payment is accredited, the order is processed and the corresponding shipment is made, the guide number is shared with the client in order to follow the arrival of the same.

• The products purchased will be delivered to the person by means of postal delivery to the address indicated in the order. The shipment will be made within a period of less than 2 business days.
• The shipping method used by default for domestic shipments is USPS.
• The customer can request another courier service of their choice as long as it covers the cost of said shipment, which will be quoted at the time of making their purchase via email.
• Shipments are made on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. On Saturdays, Sundays and holidays there will be no delivery or delivery of orders.
• The delay of any package due to the chosen courier service will not imply or cancel the order or any compensation.
• CYCLEBLOOM store offers "free on board" service, which means that when delivered to the corresponding parcel service, it is released from liability for any mishap or abuse that the package might suffer.
• The customer accepts that it is his responsibility to follow up the package to avoid its loss or delay, the tracking number of his package will be informed to the email indicated in his order as soon as the shipment has been made.
• The correct handling of the package is in charge of the parcel service contracted by the customer who complies with the Terms and Conditions of said parcel service. In case of any mishap or abuse in the package, the CYCLEBLOOM Store and the customer must file the corresponding complaints to obtain the return or refund of said package.
• An order is considered delivered at the moment in which the carrier delivers the package or packages to the customer and the latter signs the delivery receipt document. It is up to the customer to check the status of the goods upon receipt and to indicate any anomalies on the delivery receipt in order to make any relevant claim.
By default, the invoices will be sent to the email address indicated by the client at the time of registration in the CYCLEBLOOM Store. If billing is required to another name or address, it must be indicated by email to hello@cyclebloom.us

• Return of merchandise: Due to the hygienic nature of the products we handle, in compliance with current regulations, we can not grant you the right to return items purchased at CYCLEBLOOM Store unless it is defective items within a period of less than 45 days after your reception.
• The customer must give notice by email to hello@cyclebloom.us of the defect of the merchandise and demonstrate the damage by means of a photograph. Later you will receive instructions on how to send the damaged product back and how you will receive your product again without damage. CYCLEBLOOM store will bear the shipping costs for the replacement of the product.
• If the cause of the return was that the returned item is defective or does not correspond to what was requested in the order, CYCLEBLOOM Store will bear the cost of the return and new shipment. To validate a warranty you can go to the page: https://cyclebloom.us/validate-warranty/


The cancellation of the order arrives before the departure of goods, the client will not have any expense. In the case of an annulment after the order is shipped, the client will have 2 calendar days to request the cancellation of the order and will be responsible for the cost of one-way shipping as well as the return of the order. The money will be retained by CYCLEBLOOM Store until the return of the package and confirmation that all products are in perfect condition and will only reimburse the amount corresponding to the products, shipping costs will not be refunded.

Occasionally, our system cancels orders or parts of an order for various reasons. Some of these reasons are:

• Items not available
• Impossibility to process payment information
• Impossibility of delivery at the address provided
• Formulation of an order in duplicate
• Cancellation at the request of a client

If an order is canceled, the customer will receive an email explaining the reasons for the cancellation. The canceled orders will not be charged to the customer.
